Session Content:
The DOL Fiduciary Rule is Dead. However, ERISA is alive and well, as is Litigation when it comes to Qualified Retirement Plans. The law is very complex; there are a lot of moving parts, and usually just as many people “working” on the plan. This program is designed to put this complex law, and its even more complex terminologies and roles and responsibilities, into an easy-to-understand format. Additionally, this program will help HR professionals gain a better understanding of the true roles of the professionals they reach out to for help in running the plan. We will cover outsourcing options and how to implement and maintain a truly ERISA, DOL & IRS compliant plan whil also offering suggestions on how to design the plan to ensure participants have the best path to reaching their retirement goals.
