This session will present a hypothetical case of an organization and go into detail about four major problems they are facing. These four problems will be focused around outdated job descriptions, multi-level communication issues, transition to a more data-driven process, and performance managers and its dislike among manager. The goal is that everyone will be able to relate to at least one of these issues. This to be a more interactive presentation so we will solicit the audience’s opinions and ideas and then explain how we proceeded to handle each issue. We want to help everyone better understand the value of IO's and how we strive to use data to create custom solutions for organizations.
