SHRM Volunteer Leaders: We are excited to announce to you that "Tune in Tuesdays," SHRM's only HR TV show brought to you by SHRM21, is back on September 8 at 2:00 p.m. ET/ 11:00 a.m. PT for episode three. This episode will provide the first opportunity to sit down with members of the newly formed "Blue Ribbon Commission on Racial Equity," which is comprised of CHROs, SHRM Volunteer Leaders and other C-Suite executives with accountability for HR, academics, researchers, and individuals. The Blue Ribbon Commission on Racial Equity is part of SHRM's latest initiative to drive racial inequity from the workplace, called Together Forward @Work. This episode will feature members & SHRM Volunteer Leaders Trisha Zulic, Director, Human Resources, Business Ops and Strategy at WSA Distributing, Inc. and Jason Lawson, VP, Human Resources at Installed Building Products for a thought-provoking discussion with SHRM President & CEO, Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP as moderator. They will speak to their motivations for joining, what topics are top of mind, what they're hearing from peers, and give attendees an opportunity to engage in dialogue with them.

The goal of the Blue Ribbon Commission on Racial Equity is to drive actions and solutions that will positively alter the workplace experience for Black workers and other people of color. Members of the Commission have consistently worked to identify long-term solutions to creating inclusive workplaces throughout their careers.
