    Supporting change towards successful outcomes. We will explore key activities and behaviors that can make change initiatives and outcomes more successful, and explore supporting actions at various role levels. We will also review what change sponsorship looks like, how to encourage and support better sponsorship if you are not in an executive role, and share challenges from individual perspectives to explore possible solutions for navigating the challenges.
