    Angela and OrthoVirginia’s Workers Compensation department works directly with the injured worker, the employer and the Work Comp insurance to keep the process moving and avoid lost time, in the event an employee is taken out of work we will have a return-to-work plan in place. We will work with you to create the plan that keep the communication open.

    By the end of the presentation, attendees will be able to answer and
    understand the following:

    • What to do when an injury happens
    • Keeping injured workers working
    • How to navigate light duty and other restricted work status' 
    • Create return to work plans
