The Great Resignation combined with hiring challenges have left employers scratching their heads in attempts to attract and retain culturally compatible and competent employees. With generational wish lists driving the hiring decisions, ensuring the organization has a great culture is paramount. Leading cultural change involves 5 concepts that can be implemented immediately and will have lasting positive effects.

    Learning objectives:

To understand what creates and drives organizational culture and how to tweak it

To understand how to lead systemic change throughout the organization

To obtain practical strategies that can be immediately applied within your organization
