Wendy Glass, Founder of Ignite Leadership & HR Consulting Group, LLC is an executive coach, leadership development expert and seasoned HR professional with over 17 years of experience helping leaders achieve success by aligning their ‘People’ agenda with their strategic goals. She
has held executive leadership positions in healthcare, on non-profit boards, and has experience in higher education.
Prior to opening Ignite, a boutique coaching and leadership development practice, primarily focused on high-performing business leader coaching and leadership development programs, Wendy served as the Vice President, Human Resources at HCA Healthcare, a Fortune 500 company based in Nashville, TN. In that role, Wendy led the human resources strategy for multiple hospitals, free-standing Emergency Departments, Imaging and Surgery Centers, and physician groups across Virginia, Indiana, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Florida. Before joining HCA, she worked at Carilion Clinic, based in Roanoke, Virginia and Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Wendy’s background allows her to serve a diverse group of clients, including local government, financial, higher education, non-profit, small business, healthcare, manufacturing, and more. 
Wendy holds a master’s degree in Leadership & Management from Liberty University and a bachelor’s degree in Management & Organizational Development from Bluefield College. She is a Certified Executive Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (an ICF accredited training program), she holds the Society for Human Resources-Senior Consulting Professional and the Senior Professional Human Resources credentials, and is certified in DISC, 12 Driving Forces, and Emotional Quotient with TTI Success Insights.
Wendy is based in Christiansburg, Virginia.
