In this session we’ll explore the emotional impact change has on our team members, we’ll learn to recognize resistance (even when it’s disguised as disengagement or passive aggressive behavior), and you’ll gain some useful insights to manage through resistance effectively.

Wendy Glass is the Founder of Ignite Leadership + HR Consulting Group, a Christiansburg-based, Woman Owned Small Business, whose primary focus is coaching high-performing emerging leaders to help them reach their full potential, and working with organizations to deliver evidence-based leadership development programs. Wendy had nearly two decade of experience helping leaders excel and companies accelerate their strategy through proven approaching to planning and execution. Wendy bring a firey energy and is passionate about growing future leaders. She's also passionate about investing in women in leadership and enjoys serving as an inspirational keynote speaker for leadership and women focused conferences and events. She has a Master's degree in Leadership & Management, a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management & Development, holds both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR credentials, is a Certified Leadership Coach, and The FIve Behaviors and Everything DiSC certified practitioner. Wendy enjoys serving the community in various volunteer capacities, including on the Montgomery Regional Economic Development Commission, the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce's Business Resources Committee, and Onward NRV's Investor Relations & Development Committee.
