Benefits communication can be tricky, leveraging multiple types of tech can help employers educate about the benefits offering outside open enrollment. Further, utilization of technology may have powerful impact on access to care, cost containment and overall employee wellnes.

Amber Cassar is from Charlotte NC. Over the last 13 years she has worked with employers in Charlotte and the Carolinas to shape powerful wellness initiatives and engagement opportunities. For five years she helped employers design and implement occupational medicine and safety programs. She has led community and workplace fundraising initiatives with the American Red Cross and American Cancer Society. These experiences led her to pursue a Masters Degree in Public Health where she focused her studies on population health. Amber's current work with HealthJoy allows her to simplify the benefits experience so that finding and choosing care is a simple and joyful experience
