Pending Supreme Court Decisions and Related Issues
Eric Chapman, ESQ.
The goal of the program is to examine the current pending supreme court cases involving employment law and assess risk and best practices based on predicted outcomes.
Eric Chapman currently serves as General Counsel for Community Housing Partners Corporation, an affordable housing and weatherization development and management nonprofit operating across the eastern coast. As General Counsel, Eric oversees multistate legal compliance and risk management for CHP’s operations. Prior to working for CHP, Eric was a partner with CowanPerry PC where he provided guidance and advice with regard to multistate employment law and federal regulatory issues.
